How do you detect restocks in real time?
Our inventory system pings every warehouse node across 142 countries on a four-hour rotation. When a flagged silhouette re-enters stock — whether from a customer return, a buy-back, or a fresh allocation — the calendar updates within the hour. You'll see the restock chip on the row the moment it lands.

When will I receive the notification before a drop?
Email subscribers get the link 24 hours before public release. SMS subscribers (US/CA numbers) get a shorter ping one hour before, plus a final allocation ping if pairs are still available at launch. We cap SMS at two messages per drop — no marketing blasts, no daily digests.

What happens if a date slips?
We mark the row with the new date within 24 hours of the supplier's confirmation and email every subscriber who flagged that silhouette. If a drop is cancelled outright, subscribers get a full refund link within one business day — no support ticket required.

Are region-locked drops marked on the calendar?
Yes. Every row shows its distribution region (US/EU/APAC/Global) and which Confirmed raffle windows apply. If a drop is locked to a region you can't ship to, we'll suggest the closest equivalent from our inventory — or skip the alert entirely if you prefer.
